Daphne Cottage is a dog friendly, boutique holiday cottage in the heart of the North Helford village of Mawnan Smith.  The cottage sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, has superfast wi-fi, smart TVs, luxury bathroom fittings including a walk in rain shower and all mod cons in the kitchen.  In the bedrooms, there are wonderfully soft Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels which are included in your stay.

The cottage is powered by an air source heat pump which runs the hot water and underfloor heating throughout, and extra warmth and comfort is added by a state of the art Chesney log burner in the snug, for those colder nights.  Please note that although classed as a single storey house, there are 3 steps from the ‘upper deck’ to the ‘lower deck’.

Outside there is off street parking for 2 cars at the front and a secluded and totally enclosed garden at the back.  There is a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol, with the rest of the garden either lawn or gravel.  The garden is dog proofed to Cocker Spaniel standards (i.e. quite well!) and secure for children to wander about in.
